Leave the baggage of the past behind

There is no one on this planet who has not experienced some form of the tragedy at some point in their lives. There are many ups and downs in life. It shocks us with joyful and heartbreaking surprises on a daily basis. However, if you want to rise above these jolts from time to time, you'll need to let go of your baggage from the past and go on with your life.

The moment that holds you back is the largest obstacle to feeling successful and achieving your objectives. Your emotional baggage is time, and time is the key to unlocking what is preventing you from progressing.

We tend to drag our painful experiences behind us in a prideful manner. Some folks make a big deal out of it. They want people to notice their baggage of problems.

There are many ways to deal with your past.

  • Regular gratitude book writing is a free tool for self-awareness and personal development. When you feel you can't do this work alone, working with a Coach or a support group can assist.

  • A coach will help you focus on the present and the future, mindful to keep you moving forward, not hindered by the burdens of the past.

  • Accept full responsibility for your emotions, decisions, and actions, as well as the consequences. There is no blame or condemnation, only acceptance. Another crucial understanding was that there was a lesson behind every error or suffering. Every blunder or traumatic experience was a gift - a teaching opportunity. Take it as a valuable experience.

Finally, I discovered how to live in the present moment. You gain strength by living in the present. Make a decision on how you want your life to be. Feeling helpless or a victim of the past is no longer an option. You must let go of the past in order to be happy and fulfilled in the present.

Furthermore, in order to improve our health and beauty, we must let go of previous resentment and hatred. Do this, trust me your face will start shining and your body will be full of energy especially when the mind is clean and healthy. There is a Guru mantra to follow: - With caution, forgive and forget.
