What is Muskurake Dekh Zara about?
Muskurake Dekh Zara is a love story with a twist. It revolves around Vivek, a young man who comes to Mumbai with his friend Amar after his marriage with Amar's sister Gauri is called off. The plot of the movie
The movie begins with Vivek (Gashmeer Mahajani) arriving in Mumbai with Amar (Sunil Sabarwal) after his marriage with Gauri (Simran Suri) is cancelled. Gauri had eloped with another man whom she loved on the day of the wedding. Vivek is heartbroken and depressed, but Amar tries to cheer him up by taking him to different places in Mumbai. One day, they go to a mall where Vivek sees Preeti (Twinkle Patel) for the first time and is smitten by her beauty. He follows her and tries to talk to her, but she ignores him. He then sees her again at a coffee shop where he manages to strike a conversation with her. He learns that she works as a radio jockey and loves music. He also tells her that he is a singer and plays guitar. They exchange phone numbers and become friends.
Vivek starts spending more time with Preeti and develops feelings for her. He thinks that she also loves him and decides to propose to her on her birthday. However, he is shocked when he goes to her birthday party and finds out that she is engaged to Prakash Raj (Hiten Paintal), a rich businessman who had come from London. Vivek is heartbroken and angry, but he still confesses his love to Preeti in front of everyone.
