How big should a splatter screen be?
Confused about sizing — some say get one bigger than your pan, others say exact match. I have 10-inch and 12-inch pans. What size actually works best in real life?

Slightly larger is usually better covers the edges where splatter escapes most. Exact match often leaves gaps. Dome shape helps contain upward spray too. Works on both sizes seamlessly. Sturdy enough not to bend when lifting. Big improvement over undersized ones I tried before.
