Hey fellow COD players! I’ve been experimenting a lot with the Tanto .22, and after a lot of testing, I think I’ve found the ultimate stealth and mobility loadout. The Tanto .22 is a super versatile weapon, and while it doesn’t have the raw power of rifles or the range of sniper rifles, it’s incredibly effective in close-quarters combat. The key is to stay fast and undetected, so here’s the loadout I’ve been running with success:
Primary Weapon: Tanto .22
Attachments:
Muzzle: Suppressor – This keeps you off the minimap, allowing you to sneak around without giving away your position when you take shots. The stealth aspect is essential for staying under the radar.
Optic: Reflex Sight – The default iron sights are decent, but I prefer the clarity of the Reflex Sight for quicker target acquisition.
Underbarrel: Vertical Grip – The recoil on the Tanto .22 isn’t too bad, but this grip really helps with managing accuracy, especially in rapid-fire situations.
Ammunition: Extended Mag – The Tanto .22 can run out of ammo quickly, so I like having more shots in the chamber before I need to reload.
Perks:
Perk 1: Scavenger – Since the Tanto .22 uses a lot of ammo in close quarters, Scavenger lets you resupply off fallen enemies to keep your kill streak going.
Perk 2: Ghost – Stay off enemy UAVs and Spy Planes. Since this loadout focuses on stealth, Ghost is a no-brainer to avoid being detected.
Perk 3: Ninja – With Ninja, you can move around the map quietly, making it easier to surprise enemies. The ability to sprint without making noise is crucial for flank tactics.
Lethal Equipment:
C4 – Perfect for clearing out campers or pushing enemies from behind cover. It can also be a game-changer in objective modes.
Tactical Equipment:
Flashbang – A flashbang is invaluable for disorienting enemies and giving you an edge when rushing into a room. It’s especially useful when taking out groups of enemies who are camping or holding objectives.
Field Upgrade:
Dead Silence – This works well with your stealthy playstyle, allowing you to make no noise at all while sprinting or moving around. If you’re planning on sneaking behind enemies or making a surprise attack, this is essential.
Class Build and Playstyle:
The key to using this build is mobility and stealth. You want to stay as hidden as possible and avoid direct confrontations, especially against longer-range weapons. The Tanto .22 excels in close-quarter skirmishes, so you need to rely on quick flanks, sudden attacks, and tight angles. Use your speed to move between cover and don’t linger in one place for too long. The extended mag gives you that little extra edge if you need to spray down a few enemies at once. Lastly, don’t forget about your perks! Ghost and Ninja make it almost impossible for enemies to track you, and with Scavenger, you’ll never run dry of ammo.
This build will make you a silent, swift force on the map. It’s perfect for those who love sneaky plays and agile gameplay.
